 Director of Public Affairs for Union Pacific Ivan Jaime presented information to the Eagle Pass City Council regarding various items during their meeting on Tuesday July 1.  

Tuesday, May 9, Director of Public Affairs for Union Pacific Ivan Jaime presented a check in the amount of $1,000 to board members of the Fishermen off God Corporation to support efforts to construct a retreat center in Maverick County.

  The historic train depot that had withstood the test of time, existing for over 148 years,  was brought down by its owners, Union Pacific Railroad on Monday, March 13, 2017 .  

   Located right in the middle of downtown Eagle Pass, the train depot was established in 1871, and played a vital role in establishing the community.
